Filling out the booking form and paying the security deposit forms the basis of our contract

with each other, the terms and conditions of which are here.

.

When do we share personal data?

We never do.

How do we secure personal data?

  • We regularly backup our database and website, to ensure the data is not lost.
  • Our website carries a SSL certificate, which is a small data file that digitally binds a cryptographic key to our details. When installed on a web server, it activates the padlock and the https protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser. In short, it means any data you submit from your browser to us is encrypted.
  • Our website is also protected by WordFence, a security plugin which protects us from being hacked. It is one of the most comprehensive security solutions available.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

We delete historical data every six months. If you would like your data to be deleted within that timescale, please write to our data controller, Duncan MacInnes (address given above) and your wish will be granted.
